The project involved the complete remodel of the existing Boulettes Larder restaurant, in the Ferry Building on San Francisco’s waterfront. The unique open kitchen plan of the restaurant was preserved, as was the spectacular view of the Bay Bridge. New finishes, lighting and furniture were introduced, including solid white-oak cabinets, tables and wall cladding, back-painted glass backsplash and custom stainless steel cabinets. The remodel also included a new prep kitchen that is shared with Boulibar, Boulette Larder’s “sister” restaurant next door, as well as a new private restroom.
